Product Description

NetCare Managed Workplace (Service Center and 1 Onsite Manager) installation services. Services include everything required for a standard installation: • System orientation • Windows Update Services installation • MSDE or SQL installation (if using SQL, SQL server should already be installed and running) • MBSA installation • NetCare Service Center installation • NetCare Onsite Manager installation • Initial device discovery and population, and configuration of automated daily discoveries, including any LAN segment exclusions • Group configuration • Alert configuration • Patch management configuration • Template installation and overview • Report configuration for 4 reports Installation includes high level overview training for both Service Center and Onsite Manager use and administration. Includes up to 4 hours on site. Travel to/from site is not included if site is beyond our normal service radius (30 minutes from our offices). VNS will not be responsible for additional time due to installations that take longer than the allotted 4 hours due to customer network issues, faulty hardware, poor Internet connections, etc. We will make every effort to install and configure the system as quickly and accurately as possible and 4 hours is a generous allottment but customer will be responsible for additional labor costs beyond 4 hours if network problems cause the installation to take longer than normal. Customer will be asked to pre-authorize any additional time.
