Provides Network Monitoring with Proactive and Scheduled Maintenance and Automatic Response. Scheduled NetCare service visits are also scheduled in conjunction with this service. Ideal for Business person who wants to not worry about network and has sufficient IT budget to provide a high level of service with maxium proactivity. • Customer uses VNS Service Center • Provides monitoring and emergency escalation and response only • Use our alerts, reports, etc • Customer cannot modify back-end settings • VNS monitors and can see your network (at a high level - statistical and performance/security monitoring only; not your data unless you request that we login. All logins, including Telnet, are logged) • Services provided include: Trouble ticketing, Windows patch management, hardware/software inventory, weekly reporting, web site monitoring, performance analysis, and security monitoring included Labor pre-determined based on VNS recommendation and customer preference. VNS performs all required services to support network and will notify customer if/when required labor will exceed monthly cost (ie: due to a project, etc). For a predetermined amount of time, a VNS systems engineer will visit the customer to take care of all computer issues and proactively manage the network. The amount of time will vary according to the stability and security of the network. Packages start at a minimum of two hours a month and can be offered on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis (for example, four hours a week, eight hours a month, 16 hours a quarter). NOTE: Should contract be terminated prior to annual renewal, customer will be responsible for paying prevailing hourly labor rate for any services provided at the NetCare discounted contract rates, including the free installation services.
