Product Description
NetCare Managed Workplace, Onsite Manager monthly site license (1 site). Includes upgrades, released approximately 1-2 times annually. Installation, support and training sold separately. Ideal for the IT Manager who can support their own network, but wants a single high level reporting and management tool, capable of supporting multiple sites, providing ticketing / case management, provides auditing, security & performance assessment and remote management features, with an agentless design. _ Customer uses VNS Service Center _ Provides monitoring only _ Use our alerts, reports, etc _ Cannot modify back-end settings _ VNS can see your network if/when you need assistance (at a high level - statistical and performance/security monitoring only; not your data unless you request that we login. All logins, including Telnet, are logged) _ Services provided include: Trouble ticketing, Windows patch management, hardware/software inventory, weekly reporting, web site monitoring, performance analysis, and security monitoring included Customer uses NetCare Managed Workplace (Service Center and Onsite Manager) as a tool to manage their own network. VNS provides no monitoring. VNS provides upgrades at no additional cost, but customer required to pay labor for support and upgrades if they wish for VNS to do the upgrade. Customer is also not required to pay for installation, but is recommended to do so since VNS can provide training at the time of installation to insure a quick start-up. Annual cost includes all product upgrades. Technical support is provided by VNS at our standard labor rates for phone/email or on-site support, including block time discounting.
